25 The position would , of course , have been plainer if Parliament had provided an expanded express definition of ‘ company ’ for the purposes of the group of sections which relate to administrative receivers , such as was done in the case of section 388(4) of the Act of 1986 , and was also done , for example , in section 22(2) ( b ) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 , where company is defined as including ‘ any company which may be wound up under Part V of the Insolvency Act . ’
